Our intention is that your purchase is perfect first time, but of course we are realistic and know this isn’t always going to be the case.

Exchange Or Refund

If you want to exchange for another size, colour or style or would simply like a refund, then return to us( Mailsports International Ltd, 1 Wessex Road, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire SL8 5DT) enclosing your details and order number within the fourteen-day period. During the traditional festive Christmas purchasing period (November and December) we extend that period until the middle of January following purchase, unless other arrangements have been made by you and agreed by ourselves.

What we do ask is that the goods come back to us in the condition they were sent, with their labels intact and attached and that the products have not been used. If the goods are not returned in a saleable condition we reserve the right not to refund. Please take care with the goods until you are fully satisfied with them and in the case of swimwear, ensure that it fits. Please do remember to always wear underwear or a swimsuit when trying on your purchase.

Please write on the reverse of the paperwork that came with the order and send to: Returns Dept, Mailsports International Ltd, Unit 1 Wessex Road, Bourne End, Bucks, SL8 5DT.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

WHILST WE ENDEAVOUR TO PROCESS RETURNS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS BACK, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO SEVEN DAYS ESPECIALLY AT BUSY TIMES OF YEAR.

Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation notification period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Mailsports International Ltd, 1 Wessex Road, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire SL8 5DT, sales@mailsports.co.uk, phone number 01628 529 206) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects Of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Order Not Delivered?

In the very rare instance that you order is not delivered we will deal with your order in the following ways:

  • UK Standard Postage – 15 working days after dispatched from Mailsports, we will re-dispatch the order items to you.
  • UK Next Day Delivery – 10 working days after dispatched from Mailsports, we will re dispatch the order items to you.
  • European Signed for – 20 working days after dispatched from Mailsports, we will re dispatch the order items to you.
  • Standard International Mail – 30 working days after dispatched from Mailsports, we will re dispatch the order items to you.
  • International Signed for – 30 working days after dispatched from Mailsports, we will re dispatch the order items to you.

Mailsports will process an insurance claim for the lost goods and you may be contacted by your local postal service to confirm the non receipt of goods.
