How do I find things on your site?
We organise products by the use of categories or brand, but you can always search for a specific product by name, code or general description using the search bar at the top of each page.
Are all products in stock?
Products, unless otherwise stated, are in stock and can be added to your basket. If the product is not available and is still part of our assortment, then you can register an interest in these products by giving your email address. We'll then contact you when the stock arrives.
If you want to place an item on order to guarantee its supply call us or email your requirements and we will notify you when the stock comes in. This is non contractual and you are not obliged to take the stock on its arrival if you have changed your mind. We do not take money for back orders upfront. Mistakes do sometimes happen and if we cannot fulfil your order for whatever reason we will make contact by telephone or email as soon after your order placement as possible.
What does ‘coming soon’ mean?
We will place new products online when deliveries are due, normally within a matter of weeks to show you what we will have for sale soon. Again you can register your interest or place a definite order for these new lines as above.
How will I know my order has been received?
You will receive an email from World Pay, our secure online payment processors and from our site.
When will I receive my order?
We will process your order and despatch during working hours on the day it was placed up to 3pm that day, or on the next working day. See the delivery section for more information.
How do you send my order?
All deliveries are by first class Royal Mail/ International Air Mail services or by courier. See the delivery section for more information.
What happens if I need to return my purchase?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Mailsports International Ltd, 1 Wessex Road, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire SL8 5DT, email@example.com Phone number: + 44 1628 529206) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exchange or Refund
If you want to exchange for another size, colour or style or would simply like a refund, then inform us within the 14 days and return the goods to us. During the traditional festive Christmas purchasing period ( November and December ) we extend that period until the middle of January following purchase, unless other arrangements have been made by you and agreed by ourselves.
What we do ask is that the goods come back to us in the condition they were sent, with their labels intact and attached and that the products have not been used. If the goods are not returned in a saleable condition we reserve the right not to refund. Please take care with the goods until you are fully satisfied with them and in the case of swimwear, ensure that it fits. Please do remember to always wear underwear or a swimsuit when trying on your purchase.

What are my Rights?
We are a legitimate trading company that has been in operation for over 30 years and we uphold the law. In fact our returns policy enhances your rights.
Can I make a multiple purchase, to ensure that I can choose the right style/fit?
Yes of course you can purchase one or more items in different sizes or designs and return those that are unsuitable. If you need help making your selection or getting the right size please give us a call.
What are the swimsuit sizes?
For training swimwear suits, female sizes are chest and men’s are waist sizes.
How do I get the correct racing suit size?
For performance race wear see our size guides.
We have helped and advised thousands of swimmers, and use this experience to guide you to the correct size. Please make use of us to help eliminate costly mistakes and remember that no two suppliers sizes are the same. An ill-fitting suit will hinder rather than enhance performance.
If you want hands on advice, come to the comfort of our showroom where you can be measured and fitted, or come along to a swim meet and see us there (even if you are not there to swim).

Can I get something in a hurry?
If you need an item quickly, then special delivery arrangements can be organised. Give us a call - we’ve a vast amount experience in getting products to customers in unusual circumstances. Unusual circumstances normally mean unusual solutions, but we are here to help and can normally find that solution.
Will I pay custom charges?
We are not responsible for any charges that may be imposed by incoming customs.
What currency are your prices in?
All our prices are in £ sterling.
Is your site secure?
Of course. You can shop with confidence knowing that our site is 100% secure.
At Mailsports we take security very seriously. Our secure server software encrypts (scrambles) all your card and cardholder details encryption. This ensures that the information is stored and sent across the internet encrypted. Payments are processed via World Pay, the online card-processing arm of RBS.
When you submit your credit card to purchase an item your credit card information is transferred using the SSL protocol. You can verify that a certain page on a website is using SSL by either looking at the URL (if the page uses SSL the URL it will begin with https:// instead of http://) or at the bottom bar of the browser (if a 'closed lock' is displayed, SSL has been enabled). We do not see or have access to credit card details entered on line.
Do you give our details to third parties?
We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and any Data held is in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We do not release information to third parties except as may be required by the law.
How do I subscribe to your newsletter service?
Register within the newsletter section. We hope you like what we send you and will continue to receive these emails, but should you wish to unsubscribe you can do so at anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link on the email.
Can I only order online?
Not at all. We’re a multi channel retailer, so you can order by telephone (Monday to Friday 9-5.30 and Saturdays 9-1pm) or come and see our full selection at our showroom within the same hours.
