Shimm Suit was established in 2008 in Dorset by two ladies that have a total of 6 children swimming for local swim clubs. An idea that evolved from many hours sitting watching training sessions at obscene hours in the morning.
We utilised the time to produce something unusual and different and after a 2 year journey of frustration and fun we have launched an exciting and colourful range of swimwear for male and female swimmers.
All the fabrics come with 'Confidence In Textiles' technical data due to various testing conditions with patterns and designs that will certainly catch your eye.
Our Shimmsuit fabric undergoes numerous, rigorous quality tests before it is launched on the market, allowing us to offer increasingly cutting-edge and high-performing products, in line with the country's 'green vision.' The code of ethics behind every decision considers the processes involved in the production of its fabrics and ensures that all environmental impacts are significantly reduced. All materials used - from fibres to dyes - are meticulously examined by qualified technicians to ensure that garments made are perfectly safe for the end consumer.
