Our intention is that your purchase is perfect first time, but of course we are realistic and know this isn't always going to be the case.

You have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations to cancel your order by returning your purchase within seven days of purchase. Mailsports extend this period to fourteen days and make returns easy by giving you a returns form on the rear of your invoice and an address label to ensure that sending goods back is easy.

If you want to exchange for another size, colour or style or would simply like a refund, then return the item/s within the fourteen-day period. During the festive Christmas period we extend that period until the middle of January following purchase.

What we do ask is that the goods come back to us in the condition they were sent, with their labels intact and attached and that the products have not been used. If the goods are not returned in a saleable condition we reserve the right not to refund. Please take care with the goods until you are fully satisfied with them and in the case of swimwear, ensure that it fits. Please do remember to always wear underwear or a swimsuit when trying on your purchase.

We recommend that you get a Certificate of posting (free of charge from your post office) to give you limited insurance cover. Remember, the goods are still yours until we receive them back and should they go missing it would be your loss. If the goods are of high value we suggest you use more secure Royal Mail products. Overseas purchasers using a customs declaration form should make it clear that it states Returned Goods Failed sale to ensure it passes through customs.
